The Daily-Journal is reporting that Stephanie Brattin was injured in a two vehicle crash when the driver of the other vehicle failed to yield at a stop sign.
The accident occurred on U.S. Route 52, two miles outside of Marinton, at the intersection of 2200E road. The day was Wednesday.
Authorities with the Illinois State Police say Brattin, 39, of Donovan, had the right of way but her Oldsmobile was hit by a Dodge pickup driven by Thomas Frogge of Marinton.
Brattin was received by a local hospital for her injuries.
Frogge was arrested for DUI and also cited for failure to yield.
