According to WJBRadio.com, four people were hurt when the pickup truck they were in crashed after running off the road.
The accident occurred on Wayne County Highway in Cisne Thursday night.
The Illinois State Police have determined that Anne Kingler, 18, of Sumner, was driving west on Wayne County Highway 16 when she lost control of the vehicle, causing it to leave the roadway. At this point it hit an embankment and then the vehicle turned over.
Kingler was hurt as well as her three passengers. They included a one year old child. Hurt, too, was Farina resident Quinton Schoreck and Sara Wyatt, 18, of Lawrenceville.
Kingler was ticketed for improperly using a land for violating her instruction permit.
